Book a consult

Tell us what's slowing you down.

A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a salesperson. You'll leave with a read on scope and a rough range — whether or not you hire us.

You'll talk to an engineer

The person on the call is someone who would be on the project. There is no qualification call before the real call.

You'll get a range, not a proposal

By the end of thirty minutes you'll have an order of magnitude and the assumptions behind it. If it's outside your budget, you'll know then.

We'll tell you if it's not us

Sometimes the answer is buy a product, fix your data first, or hire a different kind of firm. We'll say which, and point you somewhere specific.

Support requests go straight to the engineers.

Something broken or behaving oddly? Use the support form rather than this one — it captures urgency and which system is affected, so it reaches the right person faster.

Before you write

What happens after I submit this?

It lands in front of an engineer immediately. You'll get a reply within one business day, usually with two or three questions and a couple of times for a call.

Can we sign an NDA first?

Yes. Send yours or use ours — mention it in the form and we'll get it over before you share anything sensitive. It doesn't delay the first call.

We're just exploring. Is that a waste of your time?

No. A good chunk of our engagements started as an exploratory call a quarter or two before there was any budget. We'd rather be useful early than pitched at late.

Do you work with companies outside the US?

Yes, where time zones allow meaningful overlap — roughly the Americas and Western Europe. We'll be upfront if the overlap is too thin to work well.
