What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, work email, company, phone number, and message you provide, along with which page the form was submitted from. That’s it — there is no account system and no login.
Our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Those are retained for 30 days.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
- To keep a record of the conversation if you become a client
- To detect and block automated form abuse
We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your information, or share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to a private channel in our internal Slack workspace and are visible only to Harmony Dev LLC staff. Slack Technologies acts as a processor for that delivery. We do not use a third-party CRM or marketing automation platform for enquiries from this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. A single session-scoped browser storage entry records whether you’ve dismissed the bottom banner, so it stays dismissed. It contains no identifier and is cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to active or past client relationships are retained for the period our professional and tax obligations require, typically seven years.
Your rights
Email hello@harmonydev.io to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll action requests within 30 days. If you’re in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Client data
Data we access during an engagement is governed by the master services agreement and any data processing addendum signed with that client, not by this notice. Where AI models are involved we deploy against zero-retention endpoints or self-hosted models, and we state which in the agreement.
Changes
We’ll update the date at the top of this page when this notice changes. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be sent by email.
