Cloud & platform
The best compliment infrastructure can get is that nobody talks about it. We build platforms where deploying is a non-event, rolling back takes one command, and the cost line doesn't surprise anyone at the end of the month.

What you get
Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability built as code — so deploys are boring, incidents are short, and the bill is predictable.
01Infrastructure as code, end to end
No click-ops. Environments are reproducible, diffable, and destroyable — including the one you're afraid to touch.
02A deployment pipeline worth trusting
Tests, preview environments, progressive rollout, and automated rollback on error-rate regression.
03Observability that answers questions
Traces, structured logs, and SLO-based alerting. Dashboards designed around the questions you actually ask during an incident.
04Cost engineering
Tagging, per-service attribution, right-sizing, and a monthly review cadence. AI workloads especially — token spend is a capacity planning problem now.
05Security posture
Least-privilege IAM, secret management, dependency scanning, and audit logging. Enough to pass a SOC 2 review without a scramble.
Shapes this usually takes
Most engagements take one of these three shapes. Which one fits depends on how well-defined the problem already is — tell us the situation and we'll say which, and what it would take.
Platform assessment
Reliability, cost, and security review with a prioritized remediation list.

Boring where boring works, current where it matters. We pick for what your team can maintain after we leave — not for what looks good in a case study.

Common questions
We're on one cloud. Should we go multi-cloud?
Almost certainly not for resilience — you'll add more failure modes than you remove. Multi-cloud makes sense for procurement leverage or a specific managed service, and we'll say so when it does.
Can you help us pass SOC 2?
We can get the technical controls in place — access, logging, encryption, change management — and work alongside your auditor. We're not an auditor ourselves.
How much can we realistically cut from our cloud bill?
For teams that haven't done a pass, 25–40% is common without touching architecture. Beyond that requires design changes, and we'll model the payback before recommending them.
Is cloud & platform the right move for you?
Send us the situation. We’ll come back with a read on whether this is the right service, a rough range, and what we’d want to learn first.
